Flexible, low-commitment, open hockey for adult players ages 18 and up, men and women of all skill levels welcome. Registrations accepted at any time, but the registration fee is not eligible for prorating due to the very low cost: $50 allows you to attend any/all sessions throughout the 2025 season.

Low-contact games. Full equipment is required (elbow pads, shinguards, gloves, and helmet). Cage and girdle not required but recommended. Adult games are played with a roller hockey puck.

Open Hockey is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We play three seasons out of the year, except when rain, snow, or extreme temps prevent play. Open Hockey may be rescheduled for another weeknight in the event of poor weather.

Unregistered players are not allowed to play under any circumstances. If you registered for last season, you must re-register for this season in order to play in 2025. Goalies with their own equipment can register for free (contact Andrea for discount code). NRH youth coaches also get free registration.
